Another great session and we’re really growing as a team! The time management part in particular was good to think about and I have some good actions to take forward. The personal CV was challenging but rewarding and it was good to hear Annes!

I thought the time management aspect was very useful, something I struggle with! The values exercise also got me thinking about what I value at work and where I am in my career and how I achieve these values

Definitely a more personal session, but excellent material. It really made me think and I have some good actions to take away and think about/do. Anne was fantastic as usual. I really feel like I can be open and honest and she is so supportive. I’ve really be enjoying these sessions!

Having been through team trainings like this at other companies, I'll admit I was skeptical that this would be a good use of my time. I thoroughly enjoyed it and the moment I finished I told someone close by how meaningful the session was. Well done and thank you.
