Course was really good and helped reflect on how I am a leader as well as how the team operate. Really valuable to have insight from other managers. Would be helpful to have a cross section of the organisation on the courses

Really enjoyable and thought provoking

I thought the course content and materials were engaging and set at about the right level of detail for a course of this length. One thing I would have liked to see, if it exists, is a case study of a Council or similar organisation that has tackled the issues and the need for cultural change highlighted by this course.

Good course, I was able to reflect on past and future experiences and really think about how I can apply the knowledge shared.

I enjoy the break out rooms and hearing other peoples thoughts.

I think the content would be very useful for a lot of people, but I am lucky enough to currently be in a position where I have been exposed to a lot of this before.

Great session networking for me is something that I try to step away from as I'm quite shy and something out of my comfort zone , but understanding the importance it's something I will actively try and engage in

Was really interesting to reflect on the Personal CV and the way different influences/events have shaped the way I am or behave is something I had never thought of. Will definitely be considering that further going forward and how I can use current experiences to drive behaviours too

Excellent course - really engaging, great group and great pace. I enjoyed the use of breakout rooms and the facilitators created an environment of openness so people did share in the break out sessions. Only comment is around content and materials, at various points I would have preferred access to the slides used by the facilitators to follow with the detail. Thank you!!
