It was a great session but I didn’t feel like I have learned anything new. It’s similar to the powerful conversation module that we ran.
Really helpful and particularly liked the module re meaningful appraisals. Reminded me of ways in which to ensure 1-2-1s are constructive!

Great course. I thought the guest speaker was good but I would have personally enjoyed it more if it was someone in a more senior role/with more experienced rather than a grad
