Really good insights into aspects I was aware of but gained a more better understanding.
Sam has done a perfect job! The training was interactive and alternated between theory and practise Sam is very charismatic , offers clear explanations and keeps the audience enganged.
It was a very interesting and interactive course all along. Splitting people into groups and engaging us into discussions was very enriching and also enables you to know many things about other cultures, how people interact with each other and it gives you the opportunity to meet colleagues that you may would have not met otherwise.
The course was very well organised and interactions were very useful .
