I like that the session was interactive with breakout rooms and lots of opportunity to talk to other people across my organisation who I haven’t necessarily met before
I have been in a number of training sessions with Sam, they have all been really engaging and interesting. I feel like I have gained skills and confidence in the topics we have covered. It’s really nice to go to a training session where you can see how passionate the trainer is about the subject!

Sam was amazing! the workshop is engaging and the content is very well elaborated. It isn't easy to find one section in particular that was the most useful since all the topics were relevant and useful.
The whole course was very beneficiary to me. I learned a lot of things that I was not aware of which are valuable for my work as well as personal life.
I thought it was a great session because Sam used humor and relatable topics that help us understand the context better. And to break the ice! It was also nice to see that Sam was initiating interactions with the participants.
Wonderful workshop. I highly recommend it.
