It was a broad spectrum course but i got to know a lot of new information. It was overall a very good experience. Now I know what to do.
There were many good takeaways from the course about understanding frameworks available for planning and implementing change within the NHS. I will take some of the ideas and experiences from the other SAS doctors, alongside the formal teaching, forward in my job when considering projects surrounding change.
Thank you for adapting the course to the reduced numbers. I feel more equipped for my next job planning meeting.
