Very interesting concept to help good team working capabilities

Good interactive session facilitating honesty and open discussions I think it’s created some changes in behaviour

Overall a useful and educational session, highlighting the ubiquitous nature of unconscious bias, and the way to reduce or combat it from a personal point of view. However, it has not increased my understanding and appreciation of the subject; as I am reasonably aware of the issues.

Helpful to start open discussion about depart and individual problem

Really interesting, and engaging - trainer very passionate. I think I would prefer the course broken down into shorter (say 2 hour sessions).

It is a very good overview of the topic and it would be beneficial to delve deeper into the detail and gain greater understanding of key topics of interest that are being discussed widely by society and to ensure that we can continue to learn and grow.
