Excellent course! Learnt a very structured way of presenting. It could have been better if actual presentations with more examples were presented.

Would be good to have more individual feedback from Laura during the workshop.Response : Hi Gabriela, Thank you for your feedback and sorry you were disappointed with not receiving 1-2-1 feedback ,we aim to give you practice with your peers which are a more true 'real' audience. Sadly, on the one-day course we do not have the opportunity for individual trainer feedback , this is reserved for the two day course when each delegates does a 15 minutes presentation to the group with 1-2-1 critique from the trainer. A very interesting introduction to leadership. Good interactive exercises. It was really useful to reflect on work base scenarios and problem solving current and future issues.
