The course was enjoyable and useful for the future, as it was offering information that for some people was new. Potentially some of the activities could be done slightly quicker, but it might be depending on the participants. Laura was delivering the course in a very friendly and calm manner.

I really enjoyed the pace of the course and the frequent use of break out rooms. Laura kept the number of people in the "rooms" to a minimum which created a safe space for discussion and to express views. There was a good mix of colleague and patient/relative scenarios. I feel that I have refreshed on previous learning and also gained some new knowledge and skills that I can use in the work place

Laura was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, great interesting anecdotal references. I just personally find anything which involves a screen for a whole day difficult therefore that’s where any improvement would come from.
