Very nicely structured and paced course. Very beneficial and trainer was excellent to get us going. She was able to bring out what I wasn’t aware is already in me. I will definitely have more structure and better delivery in my teaching.

Great training that was interactive with different discussions with the trainer and also between people attending the training. I liked the videos that were very powerful to explain specific situations and behaviors. Good take away ideas to easily improve our behaviors in the working space.
