We had some issues with the class call but managed to still get involved and learned all i needed to know to develop over the course
I found this course very helpful. It was a great refresher on sales and negotiation but I've also learnt new things such as FFF and ACC techniques. I would highly recommend it.

The course was very interesting and now made me more aware of the things we say and do and many of the things can be prevented.
Excellent course with good resources such as videos and clear explanations from the lecturer in regards of all the topics discussed. overall it was a good opportunity to get informed about how to treat well others at work.
Another interesting study, it was interesting to learn about the financial side of the organisation.
When it comes to things like finance and the subjects that you have to put lots of focus into i normally find it quite hard but with Claire i found that i was very focused for the entity of the session and i actually enjoyed learning about the different factors that comes with finance within a business.
