The course has lots of useful material and new techniques I hadn’t heard of before. Claire was really engaging and explained the content in a way I could understand.

A very eye opening course in management training the course is broken down into sections and well explained to be understood also had laughs jokes and role-playing to make the course very interesting throughout Thankyou claire
