Very interesting and engaging course little uncomfortable at times but in a good way!!!! Learnt a lot of new techniques/ ways of communicating with lots of different people.

Such an informative, and enjoyable course. The content was useful for my professional life and also personal life. I feel I have learnt a lot that I will use whilst communicating with patients.

The Course was very useful for me starting out in management. Claire was very good conducting the course throughout.

I think the course raised interesting questions and has provoked a different way of thinking about challenging questions, in particular attention to language being used, e.g. no nouns/emotive works or using BUT!
