I think in general it was really good, it would be also useful if we could get some role-play sessions and put ourself in the situation to practice what we learnt with the trainer giving us feedback. And occasionally, I find the vocabulary the trainer used I could not fully understand.

The course was interesting in parts but felt that it lacked practical links so I can easily link the thinking to my work. It would have been beneficial to spend more time on each topic doing more exercises or deeper dives into topics rather than skim the surface of a lot of topics.

Excellent session reinforced with real life examples and practical reinforcement. Excellent relaxed delivery

The material is very interesting and surely useful. Claire added some other very useful theories, ideas which goes hand in hand with all I want to achieve with this course. The whole team have overcome the thechincal difficulties we've experienced. Thanks again

Claire is amazing, very knowledgeable. The course is very relevant, even for experienced staff. Certain things which seem trivial in the day to day are refreshed and the importance is reinvigorated. Certainly have lots of parts that are food for thought to take away and apply to my day-to-day in my current job role.
