I'm naturally quiet and I have always panicked in any type of sales conversation. I'm not a Sales Person and expected to feel quite uncomfortable on the training course. I was wrong!! Even though it was well out of my comfort zone I didn't feel uncomfortable once and learnt a lot about starting and managing the conversations that I would usually avoid. The course was extremely valuable to me, thank you so much Mike!
Thanks Mike I think this was my favourite training session so far.
Mike was a great trainer, kept us engaged during both days and made it fun! He took us out of our comfort zones which was difficult for me but it definitely made it more beneficial and I was able to learn more that way and take this away to improve in my day to day job. All round the best training I have ever done and I would love to do some more!!
fantastic training, Mike is so engaging, easy to work with and fun - the two days flew by! I also think he is very clever in nudging people to do more and get out of their comfort zone, but knowing when to ease back if things get too difficult. Looking forward to more :-)
