I cannot express how beneficial and motivational I found this course! Claire was a fabulous trainer who professionally navigated the course whilst also being friendly and personal. Both the course content and the method of delivery were flawless, and I left the course feeling excited and with an arsenal of tools to take back to the business which I plan to implement & share with my team. I would highly recommend this course to any business wanting to provide their employees with the tools to become inspirational leaders and effective managers. A truely excellent and worthwhile course!

I particularly enjoyed the last 2 sessions as I felt them more relevant to myself personally. I think as a collective we displayed that we are pretty happy within our roles and feel we are treated fairly. However for many companies and industries this probably isn’t the case and therefore would be far more relatable. Thank you both for your time, patience and expertise
