Being new to the role, I found this course very beneficial. Being in there with 8 others in the same position was a good opportunity for me to get some techniques to the most out of my new team. The time I had and the session itself with Claire was also very fluent and helpful, I look forward to getting into branch and putting some of these techniques into practice.

Claire was really good with her delivery and very good also with stripping it back and helping with the psychology side of helping me think about myself and my own management style.
