The session was interactive, and informative with practical examples. I thoroughly enjoyed the session and I am looking forward to having these implemented in my managerial path.

I found Mike easy to listen to and the content interesting and very useful. I prefer courses like this one where we spend time looking at what we will take away to improve, rather than ones with lots of content but no direct relevance. The length of time (3 hours) was just right.
