Sam’s delivery was brilliant, informal cultivating a relaxed and safe environment, along with professional and direct. I have previous line management experience and wish I had access to Sam’s knowledge and this course sooner.

Good information that I do not always think about so will definitely pause for thought and think about how my reactions could upset others. Be more respectful to others in the workplace, listen more.
