Amazing courseee!!

It was a excellent experience to have this training with Mike and I learned very new things for communication with customers.

Would of liked more time on teaching techniques and examples

Steve was an extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainer who had a strong report with the class and was able to ensure the learning points were picked up and there was interaction throughout the day.

Sam was fantastic, engaging and really tailored this to the IB. I got some really useful insight to Putnam place right away and lots to reflect on in further conversations

Steph is a fantastic facilitator. Put everyone at ease.
