Really great refresher. 3.5 hour sessions over two days on Teams worked well. Lots of info to get through and trainer made lots of efforts to get people to share and give feedback. Nicely balanced group and great engagement.

very useful - break out rooms were slightly awkward! interacting was so important so I am glad the trainer was very approachable I didn't feel out of place for raising my ideas which is really encouraging for building skills and using in my own service.

Kirstie was excellent in relaying the course content into real life examples. Stevie was also great at sharing his own life experiences. Being a back office colleague it didn't focus purely on delivering support to our customers but making everyone aware of mental health and how we can help those around us.
