Am quite far removed from face to face work with customers so found some harder to relate to or think yes I can use with so and so. Principles are good though .
I learned that the practices we perform every day remain more in focus when they identified with the correct terminology and to put this into practice .
Found second day most interesting because of subject matter. Tutors were very knowlegable.

Lots to take in. Would like more time to practice physical skills. Andy kept asking if we needed help, and spent time giving further explanations Great at building confidence
Really enjoyed the training as they were many practical examples relevant to my practice. The whole course was virtual but very interactive.
