I enjoyed the course as it is helpful in work settings while dealing with patients and families.
A lot of intense information given over a long day, the handout will be helpful to reflect up the day and understand what I have learnt. Good to share experiences of our working practice with others who work through the trust
Subject laboured, possibly as ive done many previous courses that are similar over the years. Lots of detail on the session.
A lot of information in classroom setting Good Chances to get involved and discuss opinions Sometimes abiT repetitive Liam the course leader was engaging
I would say maybe too much information for a study day, but was very informative
A lot of information to retain. Was informative and interactive.
Trainer very interactive and informative. Expected more de-escalation techniques, however it has now been made clear this is covered on day 2. Materials great for all learners - liked having own booklet to follow / highlight and make notes.
I think the course was really good and the trainer Lee explained everything to the best for us all to understand as the learners. He explained all the scenarios of getting out of situations if we were to ever encounter them in real life situations. I believe I have taken a lot from this course and was very useful.
