Really informative, enjoyed the trainer, trainer approachable, positive and good communication skills

Course needs more time to achieve the goals. Andy had to rush through a few areas because he was pushed for time. Materials were excellent.

The positive support training was incredible useful. I found the training on the mental health act 2007 as well as the information about the arousal level model to be the best for me to do. Hannah has given me incredible good feedback.

Just a shame internet cut out couple of times

Very good trainer, knowledgeable on the subject. Patient and passionate. The course could do with less time by having bite sized information.
