Nice and intresting course but Too lenghty. The timing of our course are set by the RRN Training Standards which are mandatory within your settings. We believe that the time taken to consider reasons for behaviour, proactive strategies to reduce behaviours of concern and learning de-escalation skills are essential prior to learning any physical intervention techniques. Very valuable course if having to do physical intervention, it teaches not just how but why which is essential for understanding why it is needed.
