Alex is the best trainer I've come across and is very inspiring. She is a credit to the company and has completely changed my way of thinking.
I did learn new things on this course and a simplified approach to break away techniques compared to others I have done in the past. Trainer was knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout and check that I understood any point I needed clarifying.
Lee was very enthusiastic about the course subject which showed in his delivery of the content and made it more enjoyable
