Overall was a very interesting class, goes a lot more indepth about the behind the scenes of IT world.
Great course with a lot of information for Network +, however course should be longer than just one week. Students may feel overwhelmed if they have little to no IT background.

Being someone who knew nothing about ITIL practices, I found it very interesting and engaging. But it definitely wasn't easy to remember everything.
