Great course with a lot of information for Network +, however course should be longer than just one week. Students may feel overwhelmed if they have little to no IT background.Response : Thank you for your review and comments on the course. We appreciate the feedback that you provided. Being someone who knew nothing about ITIL practices, I found it very interesting and engaging.
