I feel very confident about moving forward to taking my ITIL 4 certification,

I feel like there was a lot more labs and homework than time allotted for the class I started feeling a bit overwhelmed

I'm very happy with the course and the program. I definitely need to study a lot before taking the test but I am confident with the resources we have to get ready to test.

There should be a real ebook to go with the class for further explanation and reading. Also, a video of each night should be archived for us to see enabling us to study more for the test. Other course I took let you see the videos for up to 3 to 6 months for review.

Great course, a lot of material and fast paced.

It's great material. However, the amount of daily required homework compared to the time allotted to complete is unrealistic. If it was one lesson per day, then that amount of homework would be more reasonable.

Wish the classes were 30% longer in time.

Needs additional class hours.

The time allotted for the class would be more better if it extends like four weeks instead of two.
