I would include a sample project for the team to work through and work through. Highlighting how the theory aligns with the steps, and validating the students have good understanding of the concepts. Lots of details were left out leaving me feeling uncomfortable with taking an exam at this point. Would prefer a high level of confidence after completing the course.
Some parts of the course need to be upgrated example the flash card could be presented better(means it would be better if they had picture of the definitions to make it easier to understand)
This is a fast paced course. I believe more time is needed for students who have little or no IT experience. Leaderquest San Antonio has an excellent staff. They truly care about the students! Lee is a wonderful and caring instructor. He is very knowledgeable and professional with IT.
good course, however, I feel that some of the material was too in-depth to learn over the course of a 4hr class day.
to much study materials over 1000 questions still a low understanding
This was the first class in the CUSS program that did not have labs in Test-Out. We had to use other resources to do labs and it was difficult to have to switch the norm and adjust to the "new way" in such a short period of time.
Be prepared to spend the majority of your time listening to an instructor attempt to teach you fairly difficult material through PowerPoint slides.
