This was a good foundations class. I've taken some business classes and ITIL concepts were very similar to those courses.

Overall good course and the time restraints made it a lot to learn in a short amount of time, but it was taught in a way that was easy to understand.

The course should be longer. Three weeks would be better since it has so much material to cover within it.
