Great instructor and she was very helpful in everyway. She had no problem explaining things in a way we could understand. Overrall great class and great instructor
The class was difficult for someone that has absolutely no knowledge of Cisco Networking. Brad did his best to bring everyone along and not leave anyone behind. I am one of the people that struggled and would love to sit through the course with Brad as the instructor again before taking the certification exam.
