Overall, the instructor was great and very knowledgeable in the material. When I had issues I was able to reach out to him and he was able to provide an answer in a timely manner. The course day could have been longer (maybe 6hrs) to cover more material and less material would have to be covered outside of class. The labs were a sore point during this whole endeavor. I came to ACI Learning to help me get certifications and find a job which I believe they will help me do; however, I feel I need to put a lot more study time in to make up for the practical experience I did not receive due to the issues I had with the labs.

Break-up the course to 4hr classes for 2 weeks rather than the 8hrs for a week

I focused a lot more with this professor

The labs portion is conducted on virtual machines over an internet connection and is very slow to respond, often disconnecting and needing to be restarted multiple times. A module that describes itself as taking one hour to complete often takes two hours because of the slow interface. Other than that, the course was excellent. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and I would have loved to get one on one mentoring from him as I step into a new career field.

Lesson 5 was the only one I surprisingly fell asleep in. Other than that, great course even better instructor.
