As an ACI Instructor, it is particularly valuable for me to see classes from a students perspective. I see a few things that I will change about my teaching style and information presented to better address the students needs.

The instructor was great. My main concern has to do with TestOut and CertMaster. Both excellent resources, but I personally found it frustrating that we never went through those in class together. Instead, we spend four hours going through powerpoint presentations. I learn better hands on, and to have the instructor with me through that I feel would've been much more productive than sitting four hours listening to someone go through slides. This in no way is reflective of the instructor, more so how ACI wants us to learn.
This is a great way to learn. I think that if you are looking to move into an IT career you shouldn't look any further to start. Now I mean "to start". There are plenty of "IT Test Mills" out there, but this isn't one of them. learning the material is up to YOU. That makes it hard, a challenge, but one that is definitely worth all of the work.
