Study, study, study! This course is MUCH MORE significant in the amount of knowledge you must learn for the topic compared to other courses such as ITIL or A+ 1001 and 1002. A great course full of lots of knowledge and applicable material!
I had a little difficult time starting because I forgot my learning style and outside influences that where a big issue.
Amazing course! No matter what your knowledge or experience level is, you will complete the course with confidence and a greater understanding of ITIL.
As I've stated above the course was very good, Rich made it very easy to understand the material, how it's used, why it's used and the benefits of using ITIL practices. And plenty of other uses, I will definitely recommend this course to others who wants training in this field of work.
It would be perfect if it was longer and we could test for certifications at the same time is why I said no, because it's real fast pace. Having an effectively competent instructor is a big plus. His passion is what drove me to stay engaged.
The program requires hard work and dedication but I believe will end up providing superior knowledge in the IT field.
