Hours could be updated to 9 am to 5 pm (eastern time) so the pacific/west coast time is not so hard at 5 am. Perhaps reduce the breaks from every hour to every hour 15 min to accommodate the reduction of the hour.

Please add page numbers to the slides. This will help locate items if you are flipping forward and back during a discussion.

It was great information and dry subject, however I felt the slides seemed to just be read off of.
