Course was very detailed and contained a lot of concepts, examples and exercises on how to use. it was broad and just detailed enough for my first course. My challenge is going to be moving from this educational experience and applying the concepts in my role in IA. Lost of ideas and directions to consider.

Very engaging and I learned a lot about how to lead my team and a learned a lot about myself too.

online classes can be challenging but the instructor lead course, paired with all the coursework available online is a very strong way for various learning types to absorb the info. the instructor was very good about asking, and re-asking if we had questions, as well as review with the extra time.

Overall this program is very much worth taking, especially when considering a career in IT. I think that ACI has done a great job with it's selection of who should instruct a class like this and I'm glad that I was able to participate.
