Good course

A lot of material in a short period of time.

Understanding it is virtual but needs a little more pictures and charts to meet any expectation of any student's way or method of learning. The course material can be revamped to give a lot more examples or strategies of different businesses. Unfortunately, this course falls very short of providing any real world depth of examples just all book statements and definitions with maps. Very difficult to learn this way and fully grasp the concept because the material is very dry.

There was way to much info to retain in such a small window. This class needs to be longer and shorter days.

This course does not need to be 40 hours long.

The course enlightened me to new things about A+. It has made me more aware of a lot of things which I may have forgotten when I first took this class during military technical training.

Outside of the Labs, which have their own timeline and fleet of Instructors & Student Mentors on standby, there was no objective that was not accomplished by the end of class. The ACI Resources and new class format of two weeks take the existing platform established by LeaderQuest and elevate it to the next level. While there were a few items that appeared in the assessment exam that were not part of the lesson plans, I'm confident that that the existing material and staff will see me through to the finish line. While the course material and exam prep were excellent, the emphasis on executing the knowledge in the real world is indispensable. Thanks ACI Team.

Fantastic course that exceeded expectations! The instructor, Lee Hughes, took it even further with an extraordinary amount of subject knowledge and real-world examples. Lee is most certainly an asset to the ACI Learning organization!
