I am so disappointed that my time was wasted in this class. I will have to re-sit this class and hope to have a teacher that is not a powerpoint narrator.

The course could be a valuable asset with a different instructor. Mr. Jay C. may have the certifications, but he is not a good instructor. He likes to push lies, such as running attendance 3+ times per class, supposedly because ACI told him to do so. Besides, after a topic, he pushes students to agree with him. He is difficult to understand, does not present examples, and only reads the presentations. So far, this is the one course that I will have to take again to understand fully.

I would not take this course again. Knowledgeable people do not always make good or even decent teachers!

I am deeply disappointed with ACI learning for this course. From day 1 there were major issues with the instructor and ACI's "resolution" was to offer an additional voucher and a course retake. The afore mentioned "resolution" took them an entire week to figure out, effectively removing any option for cancellation and a refund. Being on a tight schedule, that was not a solution for me at all. If it were not for my military benefits, I would have essentially wasted thousands of dollars on a course where I was entirely teaching myself. Seeing how this problem was handled, I now have little faith in ACI learning's ability to screen its instructors and resolve large problems in a timely manner. I would not recommend this course to anyone who values their time and money.
