I've learned a lot here at my time at ACI. I had prior IT experience without certifications and I still learned something new everyday, and a lot of the material taught here will certainly help me out in my future career. I look forward to taking the skills I learned in this class and the rest and applying them in my future career!
Overall I think this Computer User Support program needs to be longer..this is a shotgun of knowledge and if its considered an introduction course for people with 0 tech knowledge then its needs to be much longer. Id say at least a weak per core subject. Even being tech savvy and having some background knowledge this course expands upon it so much I might as well barely know how to turn on a computer.
Great course overall! I feel prepared to compete in the job market.
