Instructor is bomb! Great insight and very helpful and you can see that he care and wants the success for all!
I would like to rate Mr. Allen and the Core 2 study lessons, with that being said Mr. Allen showed enthusiasm and explained procedures down to the T. He puts a lot of effort into the student success, his teaching has helped me understand the A+ concepts. I would recommend anyone that is enrolled in ACI choose this instructor for the A+ courses.
A lot of Good information to prepare me for my future in IT.
Joshua is very knowledgeable about the content and the way he explains it to someone with no IT background
Lots of information but for a beginner Joshua made it easy to understand.
