The school wants you to succeed and they provide many resources to you. The class is just a lot of information for a beginner, however, I definitely know more than when I started the course. The course realistically should be at least another month longer for beginners.

The course and material is a solid 7/10. Most of the stuff I learned was through the extra notes and YouTube videos because their examples were more easy to understand but I also learned enough through the powerpoint slides and modules as well.

This class would be more beneficial in-person, as the echo in Teams prevented the audience from hearing and benefiting from student questions/responses. Also, added focus on the actual forensic reports that we see at banks/servicers would make it more relevant.

The topic on network forensics was particularly helpful to me, as well as log analysis. Also the topic on what should be included in a good forensics report. The introduction to some of the major forensic tools was also valuable.

Even though the instructor and the materials were excellent, it still takes, (my) human brain time to absorb and start to put all the perspectives in order to where one can truly learn and speak the language of ITIL. Hope I pass the certification test.
