knowledgeable, well verse and good amount of examples
Thank you Jim for a well delivered session. Well done!!!!! You showed us very relatable examples and content and it is much appreciated! Thank you and we cannot wait for you to hold another session for us.
The course was very detailed and thoroughly, with a lot of technical details and real life examples. Tom was wonderful presenter with lots of interesting stories, good approach and going into details about the topic.
The instructor was delightful and enjoyed the training delivery style. It is a lot of content and information which is great, though, it would be better with some practical technical examples in the field rather than the theory
Answers to audiences' questions to be more straight to the point (shorter).
Overall, it was a good training but some of the portion can be further enhanced as it centrally focus on General IT Controls and Application Controls. Also, I think further discussion before the training to set the course topic, our IT environment, etc. can enhance the learning and topic discussions.
