Mr. Joshua Kehm was very effective with his teaching delivery. Even in a virtual environment, he ensured he created a great learning environment to learn the material. He has great communication skills and was very thorough with his explanations. I also appreciated his efforts to give numerous examples of explaining the material in non-IT language making it easier to grasp.

More hands on teaching meaning hands on computer parts and being able to actually see and touch the components. Everything else was good.
Great Course, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and sincere. Will look forward to working with them again!

Joshua is Awesome. He is informative, extremely helpful, and non-judgemental. The course, however, is a lot of information, the book layout is new to me and I did not like having to judge my confidence. The Labs were good but with an iMac troublesome. Luckily I still had a working windows laptop. Would be 5 stars but A Mentor is really needed for the Hands-on part as this course is really a see one, do one type of course. Possibly like a Ring light for the instructors while at the office is beneficial when showing the parts as with movement on zoom the focus goes crazy.
Do a better job of visually demonstrating the concepts.
