I would like to rate Mr. Allen and the Core 2 study lessons, with that being said Mr. Allen showed enthusiasm and explained procedures down to the T. He puts a lot of effort into the student success, his teaching has helped me understand the A+ concepts. I would recommend anyone that is enrolled in ACI choose this instructor for the A+ courses.

Josh is a great instructor, explains things in a way that makes difficult concepts easy to understand, and has a obvious talent for teaching. He has provided us with a ton of resources that extend beyond the course material to things like free LinkedIn for veterans and different software tools used to actually use the information we have been taught. I look forward to his teaching me the rest of my courses!
