John was a great teacher of ITIL, although some of the concepts themselves seemed a little unnecessarily complicated.

This course felt much more manageable than A+ 1001. James is a great instructor who definitely knows the material.

Basic information but the instructor was great, very impressive background. Night classes are tough, online classes are tough, and together I noticed many students don't interact or have their video on, including myself. I felt bad about that. Our instructor seemed a tad disheartened. I'm not used to online classes so that was tough.

Jay is knowledgeable and does a great job presenting the material in an easy to understand way. He uses real world experience and examples to bring relevance to the material.

Also feel like we could use more time. I will say this side of the course is very well paced. A day taken away from here and put into the first half of comptia would def help alo

The instructor was amazing. However, the amount of information a student needs to learn in two weeks is entirely to much. If anything the course needs a few more days that way students can actually absorb the information that is being thrown their way. Again the instructor was perfect and explained everything he was supposed to teach within the time constraints given.

Before the course starts, there should be an email or something what all different sites are used for the different lessons/study material. "learncomptia", "testout lab" "certmaster", etc. The first couple of days, I was trying to figure out the sites and had to play catch up. Jumping between the sites and figuring out what is best. The pro tv is supposed to be a good site to use, but really isn't talked about. There is a lot of content crammed in two weeks. Fine for someone with a background in IT, but way too much for someone starting out. I get it that it takes time to learn, but something like this should be more of a self paced. The instructor was very knowledgeable, but could have slowed down in the beginning.

This was a little late in the day for me to pay attention for much of the last 2 hours. I was pretty useless after 10 pm
