A well designed course with good materials.

I'm not sure how to make this information "stick". Perhaps with time I will have a better understanding of how ITIL fits into the picture.
Encourage any one in Audit department to take this class.
Great course! I learned a lot in the four days of training.
Very worth while, I was in this class many years ago and had to leave soon after it began, glad that I have finally finished EXCEL part 2 and looking forward to EXCEL part 3 next month!
All I learned today that helpful my current at work. The instructor is an excellent. She is willing answers all questions from students. Much appreciated.
Great course! Wish there was an advance version to attend.
