John Woods was a great instructor and it is very clear that he cares about the learning of his students. I have two comments regarding the course itself. 1. 8 Hours a day is extremely rough, I don't think that I would recommend that to anyone. The option is a "nice to have" but I wouldn't call it a "need to have". 2. A couple slides appear to be outdates. One in particular seems to mention things like the OLA and contracts but that is from ITIL v.3 while ITIL 4 completely omits them.

This class can be easily be 3 to 4 weeks because there is a lot of material. Many days felt like information overload.

When signing up for this class I was worried about it being online and accelerated. It's been very challenging for me with no experience not sure how I will do moving forward. The labs and lecture seem to be different curriculum's. In labs I have a hard time figuring them out because I've never tried or been shown how to troubleshoot scenarios. Instructor does help when asked to repeat but stuff but so much material needs to be pushed out I'm finding it hard to grasp the curriculum fully.

Very good course. Could have more activities demonstrating in practice on how to enhance the use of data analytics through some tools that we have.

Very informative, and practical messaging to the department in terms of DA usage in Audit, and the direction to leading practices across the industry.

Jim was very professional and I liked the session, especially the part explaining how from the auditors a process can be transferred to the IAD DA Team.

The instructor, clearly an expert in the course material, made the class interesting and even fun.
