very informative and instructor Joseph Hornsey keep the class interesting. Great class.
Loved the instructor!! He did a great job keep the classes attention through the entire 4 hour block and teaching the ,material in a very informative way.
course is too short for the amount of material received
The instructor was great in explaining the details of the test domain to real world examples.
Great! I learned a lot and enjoyed the instructor. Accessing the ITIL 4 Foundation app really helped me to hone in on the familiarity of the test questions. I would appreciate more opportunity for interaction in the future.
I was very confused the first day or so and Mr. Ghostly had a very simple way of explaining things so I was able to understand. He was also very knowledgeable in the material.
Robert Fleming delivered the material in a concise and clear manner. He answered questions perfectly and related concepts to real-world and easy-to-understand analogies!
Stephane Makengo is one of the most knowledgeable instructors I have had the pleasure to meet. His teaching on this course was fast (as the course requires) and meticulous in its delivery. I have 10's of hours left to study my material for a firm grasp but feel confident of becoming certified. There is a lot of information in this course (IIRC over 5000 pages of info and I just ordered the textbook). This class was a great start to a rewarding career as a Cybersecurity Analyst. Thank you Stephane!
He was a amazing instructor and I feel he went over all the material and offered a lot of real world advice and was always open to help.
