I believe our instructor Eugene Hamric did an outstanding job during this course. The only way I believe the course can be improved is to extend the class another week. Two weeks of four hour classes is difficult to learn and retain all that is required to take the certification exam. Other than that, the class provided enough resources and a knowledgeable instructor.
