Overall a great class, had no internet issues, speed of Webex session was excellent, on my personal machine anyways, and minor issues using Webex at the beginning, but it worked out fine in the end.
Rapid fire trainer comments/narrative somewhat challenging to keep up

Exercises were hindered by the fact that accessing reference materials were so cumbersome. While the objective of the exercises made sense (i.e. to garner appreciation for all the different factors that should be considered in audit planning) In real life, there would not be enough time to do the kind of meticulous mapping that the exercises had us do. The exercise could have been structured as more of a case study to simulate how these factors would be considered in real life

The course gets hung up on the numbers and not on the definitions of the COBIT.

Instructor was amazing, she was very thorough and did not miss a step. The tips and tricks will be so useful in times to come.
Great Instructor! Uses easy to understand language and provides great examples for application.
I wish the eBook didn't require another program, user name, and password.
