I wished I had this instructor for all my classes. During my ace assessment I found out my friend was not going to live because of covid 19.he spoke to me and had empathy. He motivated me to study hard and get thw best score of all of my classes. He is a true inspiration and never once had a problem I was disables with my hearing..

There is a lot of information to cover. Having the extra material is beneficial in helping me understand the content that we skim through.

I believe our instructor Eugene Hamric did an outstanding job during this course. The only way I believe the course can be improved is to extend the class another week. Two weeks of four hour classes is difficult to learn and retain all that is required to take the certification exam. Other than that, the class provided enough resources and a knowledgeable instructor.

Eugene was very helpful in taking this course. I have taken security + classes before and he has been the best teacher I have had so far.

KJ is a great instructor. Keeps you involved. Doesn't let you get away without being part of the class. That is, he prompts you to respond to questions if he doesn't see you answer after two or so. Very personable and knowledgeable . Great smile. People friendly. We are never just "wrong." He directs you to the correct line of thinking.
