Great instructor with amazing knowledge on all the material covered

Great information and partial review. I haven't seen the majority of this information in over 10 years.

The labs were better overall since they were more flexible

Instruction was detailed and laid out well. I did find my distracted, just from being at home, but that is on me. I need to buckle down and concentrate on the course and materials in front of me.

Mr. Shuja was very thorough in explaining the material and applying relatable experiences to the material for extra upstanding.

The class was great and the instructor was great too, I really enjoyed it!

The instructor, Mr. Shuja Ahmad, showed an impeccable level of professionalism and knowledge. The courses provided was impactful. Mr. Shuja keep the class involved and entertaining.

Mr. Ahmad Shuja gave a very detailed instructions in this course and he increased my understanding of the ITIL 4 course.

Teacher was very good he went to the speed of the class, always asked if we understood what we were going over in all the class, kept the class fun when i saw it was a power point class i was kinda worried but it was a great class i got a lot to review before the test.

I thought that the instructor was professional, he explained every topic extremely well that I felt comfortable with what I learned in every lesson
