Professor Petti is great. He keeps the course fun, and demonstrates applicability while battling the monotony of the subject matter. The study application is great.

The instructor, Mr. Smith, did an excellent job at teaching this course. He did great at engaging students during the time in class. I am quite impressed with his knowledgeability and his ability to thoroughly answer questions.

The course is a very expansive way to look at business. It really opened my mind up to considering how a business operates and how business' think about operating with IT. This course is for people who are looking to get into a higher role, and will definitely move your mind to thinking holistically.

Overall I feel like its a valuable course but for me sometimes I can be a little slow which is unfortunate since the class is only 5 days long.

This course was jam packed with a lot interesting vocabulary Tons on information But to try to fully understand it all in a week is very hard All while on zoom

interesting approach to jumping in and learning ITIL, the course has been a pleasure to attend and the instructor definitley was able to make it clear about what it was we were learning.

The course instructor was very knowledgeable and explained concepts clearly. I enjoyed the course materials. The materials contained relevant information for securing/auditing network infrastructure. The lab exercise really enforced the concepts being taught. The only drawback was that I thought there was to much material for one week of training. Some of the material in the slides we did not have time to talk about due to time restraints.

The instructor took time to explain the topics; although he's really fast paced.

Good job with subject matter and delivery in this virtual environment.

Good recap to remind me the sense of leader and manager. Not sure the previous good tip before Covid-19 working environment still works post Covid era. (e.g. given few one comes to office there is few chance to share candies)
